Currently, our phones are down, but you can reach out here or via chat to speak with real-life people. From the Community, response times won't be as fast as chatting with support.
Alternatively, you can wait until our phone system is back up and running, as this issue will be temporary. The Quicken Support phone number and chat options can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday. Chat is available weekends as well.
