Transactions updates are hanging

Question

I am no longer able to update transactions from Bank of America, or United Mileage Plus, or Everbank. It just hangs and I have to kill the process. I'm also having problems with my Fidelity Netbenefits account. It is asking me to reauthorize but but it won't let me add the new account. It hangs. What is going on?

yes I'm still having problems with CC-800 errors happening when I do updates on accounts using Express Web Connect. This is associated withTicket # 12141456
