Fidelity Investments Not Updating Since 9/23/25

I have been having an issue with updating my Fidelity investment accounts since 9/23/25. There are no error messages encountered, and Quicken indicates that the OneStep Update was successful. I have successfully reset the account on the Online Services tab within Quicken; however, there is still no change in number of shares or current share prices making my Quicken balance not matching the online NetBenefits balance.
