Fidelity cash reserves still doesn't function correctly

When is quicken going to fix all the Fidelity issues? I am still getting employer contributions going to the wrong account and the cash management for Fidelity cash reserves in Fidelity brokeragelink doesn't work. There was an approx 30% increase in pricing this year. If you aren't fixing things, what's the price increase for?

I updated to Quicken Classic R65.17, Build 27.1.65.17. I see that Quicken now displays an option to "Set/Edit" the behavior of interpreting shares of FDRXX as either shares or cash in the core account. (This is on the "Online Services" tab of the Edit→Account Details screen.). However, after selecting the option to view FDRXX as cash, when clicking the blue "cash balance" link at the bottom right of the account register, the "cash balance downloaded from Fidelity Investments as of 11/27/2025" still reads $0.00 instead of my core money market account balance. So— is this going to be fixed?

Interesting. I temporarily updated to R65.17 and backed out due to R65.15 due to Fidelity cash reserve issues. I believe R65.15 initially asked what I wanted to do with cash reserves (after 20+ years of "no issues") and ended up converting some of our accounts from money market shares to cash. This seems to be okay except, funny enough, I now get Quicken prompts when closing an account view stating the shares in Quicken no longer match the shares at the brokerage. Seriously crazy. But, at least it's all seen as cash in Quicken.

But, going to R65.17, I was re-prompted for several accounts to address the cash reserves question again (recall, we already did this for R65.15). Being a good sport, I answered to convert the various money market tickers to cash. Then it got weird where I then had some shares and the rest was seen as cash. What in the world? This significantly reduced my trust of R65.17 (did we skip verification testing??) and backed out to R65.15. The trick to force some of these entries from a shares entry to a cash entry (once they are in the register this way) was documented on another R65.17 thread (would have to find it again). In short, just change it from the DIV category type and then right back to DIV (believe this is shown has "Inc (Div, …)" ) to force it to cash and no shares. Good luck y'all.
