Global Application of Txn Register Date Range Settings (Q Mac)

For users whose account transactions span many years, navigation within the register is much easier (and scrolling from txn to txn faster) when the date range for displayed transactions is anything less than "All". For this reason, it would be helpful to be able to apply a date range setting as a default preference across all accounts. Example: all registers globally would display only transactions from "Last 60 days" or "Last Year", instead of the user having to apply this filter account-by-account.
