bill and income reminders disappear from bottom of screen

the bill and income reminders disappeared from bottom of screen. says none, but not true.

called tech support they said it has been an issue, but I need them back.

Win11 bus and personal r65.17 27.163.17

also weird, these trans have matching, but they are set as reminder a few days into the future in register. I think it should have found them.

    Future dated reminders which are outside the "Remind me [xx] days before" or "Auto enter [xx] days before" window will not show. It's not time yet.

    Future dated register transactions don't match to downloaded transactions unless within a few (??) days. Adjust register transactions to today. Adjust future reminders to true next occurrence date.

    partially came back at bottom of screen today, but only shows a few. The register does change correctly . the bottom only shows maybe 4 days, but not 8 days out. doesnt change if I change date range.

    downloaded trans today did match one of the 4,the one that th reg has for today, but no the ones 4 days out.

    The Reminders still do not change despite changing the number of days to display. The register does change accordingly but not the reminders.

    Gues i will call tech support again in a few days,….

    I may not have been totally clear in my earlier response.
    The Bills and Income Reminders tab area at the bottom of the screen is not adjustable as to Date Range.
    It only shows reminders whose "Remind me [xx] days before due date" falls within the [xx] date range.

    Changing the clock icon in the register itself to "show reminders in register for next [xx] days" shows reminders in the register as if they were real transactions already, regardless of "Remind me …" or "Auto enter …" settings in each reminder. It does not change the bottom reminders area configuration.
    If you want more reminders to be shown in the bottom Bills and Income Reminders area, you need to individually change each reminder's "Remind me [xx] …" number of days to a different number.
