After initial launch of Quicken, when I go to the Tax Planner and launch it, I get a popup message saying: "Please wait while Windows configures Quicken". The popup only has a single button "Cancel". Another popup displays with the message "There are Quicken components currently open and cannot be uninstalled. Please close Quicken.".
When I try to get out of this error dialog, it eventually comes back and says "<userid>\AppData\Local\Temp\pftB244.tmp\DISK1\Quicken.msi The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
I verified this file does not exist on my computer.
I can consistently reproduce this same error on Quicken versions R65.15 and R65.17.
When I revert back to Quicken version R64.30 this issue does not appear.
Any thoughts?

UPDATE: I decided to uninstall Quicken and re-install. That appears to have fixed the issue 🙂
