Citi Card Transactions Not Downloading

Running Windows, Quicken Classic Premier - receiving error message "the associated accounts can't update right now. We're investigating the issue" for about a month now. I've deactivated, reactivated, and linked back…still no resolution. Any thoughts

    If so, this is a known issue, and we are currently working to resolve it.

    I am curious, what types of accounts are you updating? You could try connecting to a different instance of Citi, like Citi Cards, or Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi

    Citi Best Buy also doesn't allow online set-up. Issue have been going on for months

    Thank you for adding to this discussion.

    As far as I can tell, there were issues with Best Buy earlier this year, and those have since been resolved. Can you tell me specifically what issues you are seeing when trying to add/update your Best Buy accounts?

    • Are you receiving any errors?
    • So accounts update successfully, but no transactions download?
    • Is the Best Buy account not available to authorize for use in Quicken?

    I am able to connect but it tells me sign in has failed. I can sign on to my account through the website so it is not a login issue. Been going on for over two months. People have remoted in and seen the issues happen. If I try it as add account it does take me to login , I authorize and then it fails when it goes back to Quicken. I have an open ticket 12058428

    Accounts don't update as they don't connect.

    Best Buy account is available to authorize only when choosing Best Buy cards vs default choice in set up online
