No issue fix frustrated
To all Quicken users and Quicken support, it's now December, and my problems with Quicken are still not resolved. I have been battling this issue since September 2025. See my last post from October 21st, 2025. I can't add any financial institutions, I can't delete any financial institutions, and I can't download data from any financial institutions without Quicken freezing up. I can't use one step update. I can't download directly from any financial institutions. So now I am left paying for nothing more than a useless manual check register. Each time I contact Quicken support, they don't even try to fix the issue. All I get is “They are working on the issue”. And you will be notified. This is totally unacceptable at this point. I find that hard to believe with all of the technical expertise Quicken employs that they are unable or unwilling to somehow fix this glitch in their Quicken program. How hard can this be to rectify? I need this issue fixed and fixed NOW. I am tired of getting the stock answers from Quicken that lead nowhere.
I have gone online with every potential fix for this issue with no success. I am very frustrated at this point. How about a totally new program and fix whatever data issues exist? From what I am reading from other Quicken subscribers with similar issues, these problems never get resolved.
I get emails from the president of Quicken telling me of all the advances and new features Quicken has to offer, yet I am stuck with a program that doesn't work. Can the president of Quicken tell me why they can't fix my issue?

Thank you for sharing, though I am sorry that the issue you are seeing has not yet been resolved.
I reviewed your recent interactions with support, based on the ticket number you provided, and I took a look at the escalation ticket as well. There has definitely been progress on this issue, and our teams still work toward a resolution.
Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA as to when it will be resolved. Please keep an eye on your email, as further communication from that team will happen there.
