Quicken can't find a CD at my credit union
We have several CDs at our local credit union. Quicken can't seem to find one. I have done one-step update and reset the account. One time it saw the CD and I added it to Quicken. When I tried to update it to get last month's interest, it said it couldn't find it. I did the update and reset again and this time it didn't see the CD. All the others are recognized and interest is downloaded every month. What else should I try?

Please provide some more information:
- What financial institution is this CD held at?
- Has this account been added successfully in the past? (You said it came in once, but did it come in with values?)
- If so, when was it last updated successfully?
- Are you the owner of this account, or are you an authorized user of it?

I sent a message to the credit union (Everwise) and they took out a ticket. After a couple attempts, Quicken found the CD but gave a CC-506 error and won't download the interest transactions although it shows the correct balance with the error message. They should be able to figure it out since all the others work fine. If not, I'll report back.
