When is this going to be fixed?

Contact Quicken, I'm told is the banks problem. called the bank and they say is Quickens problem. Is like I'm dealing with children.

3 of 5 accounts receive the 2FA code, spins for a bit and keeps giving this error.

Mac OS 26.1. Quicken 8.3.3.

Thank you for reporting this issue.

We do currently have a Known Issue that multiple banks are being affected by, and this may fall under that alert. However, I can't say for certain yet.

After reviewing your connections internally, I see an FDP-187 from my end. These errors are caused by entering an incorrect security answer to your financial institution's website while attempting to add an account in Quicken. Please follow the steps in this Support Article to resolve it.

If you are still receiving this FDP-101 error after 24hours, please contact Quicken Support directly so they can investigate further and process an escalation for you if needed.

Quicken has not asked for the security questions. It just sends the 2FA code to the selected number, I enter it, it spins for a while and returns the 101 error.

all 5 accounts had been relinked successfully after the previous problem with Logix, that was corrected about a week ago. They all worked for a couple of days and than my wife’s 3 accounts started returning this error. My two accounts are still good so far.

@Quicken Alyssa, I followed the instructions for FDP-187, disconnected all 5 accounts. Again, my 2 connected fine and my wife's 3 accounts gave the same error.

Called the bank again, and again they say that they are waiting on Intuit to fix the problem.

@Quicken Alyssa, I did. They’re aware of the issue and working on it. They said will contact me when the issue has been resolved.

Can you post another update on the status as the issue persists. Today it is a "Care code: FDP-101" error. The email I received from Logix says "Our team is in direct communication with the Office of the President of Quicken and is diligently working with them to resolve these remaining intermittent issues. "

This has been ongoing for almost 2 months and like @in2ndo I am being told by the CU to contact Quicken Support.
