We are receiving reports of customers who are being prompted to enter an activation code in Quicken Classic for Windows, U.S. and Canada, after signing in with Quicken IDs that already have subscriptions.
Our teams are aware of and investigating the issue. There is currently no ETA as to when this issue will be resolved.
