all my saved reports are gone. Please help

Thank you for reporting the issue you are having.
I have some follow-up questions for you.
- Have you tried restoring a backup?
- If this just happened, this is most likely your best option.
- Did anything happen that could have caused this?
- Windows update, Quicken update, etc.
- How are you opening your file?
- Are you opening it with the application icon? It's a red square.
- Or are you opening it using a file? The icon looks like a sheet of paper with the corner folded.
- Where is your data file located?
- Is your file being synced by any third-party services like OneDrive, Norton, or Dropbox?
