Merrill Lynch - Cash & Sweep Accounts never balance properly

I have been using Quicken for over 20 years, and am generally a happy customer. However, I am about to pay a price increase while a long-standing core functionality issue remains unresolved, leaving me to 'hand balance' my investment accounts with Merrill Lynch. Cash & Sweep Accounts never balance properly. What is the status and timing of the fix to this well-documented problem?
