On "Planning" Tab, Make "Savings Goals" Sort By Selection Persistent

It would be awesome if, on the "Planning" tab, the "sort by" selection would stay to whatever the user selects, even across multiple Quicken sessions. Like Settings and Preferences. Let me select "sort by: Name" and have Quicken always use "Name" as the sort order, until I change it to something different. "Date Created" is not a particularly useful default.
