Attempting to Reconnect to Unify FCU returns CC-501

When I attempted to reconnect to Unify FCU, I am prompted for username and password and then for where to send the second factor authentication. At that point, Quicken reports error CC-501. Please add this credit union to the list in Ticket #12077817.

Thank you for reporting this issue.
We do have a Known Issue that fits what you are describing, but, as you mentioned, Unify FCU is not yet on the list.
To have it added, please contact Quicken Support directly, as an escalation would be necessary.
