Security Service Federal Credit Union and CC-929
I have been experiencing an issue (for at least a week) with connecting to Security Service Federal Credit Union. I receive an "Oops. We are having a problem" and CC-929. Any help appreciated.

Thank you for reporting the issues you are seeing.
The CC-929 occurs if you have unsuccessfully attempted to add accounts to Quicken too many times. You will need to first wait one hour. Then, sign out of Quicken and sign back in.
To do this:
- Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts.
- Click Sign in as a different user.
- Type "yes" to confirm and click Sign Out.
- After you sign out, sign back in with the same Quicken ID.
- Attempt to add your account again.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for assistance. They have access to tools that we do not have access to from the Community, and they can process an escalation for you if needed.
