Issue with transferring money between the two accounts with different currencies.

Recently I migrated from MS Money to Quicken Deluxe (Mac). I imported my .MNY file including a lot of accounts with different currencies f to Quicken but unfortunately I encounter with the issue that Quicken currently doesn't support this kind of transaction as interconnected transfers. I got this annoying message " Quicken does not currently support linked transfers for accounts of different currencies. Would you like to create an unlinked transfer in the destination account with the correct converted amount? ". So I have to do a lot of manual work to tune a huge transactions manually in the both sides of each!

I'm asking the Quicken team to activate this feature for Mac as it is working for the Windows version.

You can create a new 'idea' (wish) post in this forum:

I don't see one similar to yours at the moment. I also don't imagine this feature would be a high priority as there are lots of core QMac wishes that have pretty high demand.

If it is essential to you, you might run Parallels Desktop, VMware Fusion, etc on your Mac so that you can run the Windows version of Quicken since you say it provides the feature that you need.

There's a general "Improve multi-currency support" Product Idea thread with a list of suggestions on ways to do that. Better handling of conversions from QWin is on the list but it doesn't specifically mention linked transactions; you could add a comment asking for that as well. It's in the "Planned" state but there's no way to know which suggestions on the list they're going to implement, or when.
