Synchrony Car Care

I have a Synchrony Car Care Account. I could not find this listed as an account option on Quicken. Is this account option not available for online access?

    Hello @mapoet,

    Thank you for sharing your experience and posing this question.

    When searching, I, too, am unable to find an instance in Quicken for this. What is the URL that you use to view these accounts from a web browser? If you provide this, I can see if it is in the financial institution list or not.

    In some cases, others have found success using alternate Synchrony instances to bring in their accounts. For instance, you could try using the Guitar Center instance, Care Credit, Home Depot, or Synchrony Bank Credit Cards, to name a few.
