Money market funds not visible in Quicken

I maintain a money market mutual fund (swvxx) in my Schwab brokerage account. This appears to be invisible to Quicken: transactions are not recorded and the total amount available is not available, either as securities value or as cash balance. Is there a way I can make that fund visible to Quicken?

    In order to determine what exactly is causing this issue to occur, we really need to look at your log files so we can see how this information is being sent to Quicken from Charles Schwab.

    It is recommended that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance, as they can gather those log files from you, walk you through troubleshooting steps in real-time, and escalate the situation as needed.
