As of December 4th, 2025, I cannot download any transactions since my last use of the Target Circle Card. The last use was in June-July 2025. I have tried a "reset" of the account, downloading .qfx file from Target's Web page, and deactivating the account, then "adding new account" linking to the current account in Quicken. All these did NOT work, but "online balance" is correct, stating a return of purchased items, i.e. -$19.00.
Just FYI… I had just completed a fiasco on PNC Direct Connect from 11/19/2025 to 12/13/2025, only working with PNC 3-tier..
Also, my system has the latest version of all Windows 11 Pro and Quicken…
