Target Circle Card has stopped downloading recent transactions as of 12/4/2025
As of December 4th, 2025, I cannot download any transactions since my last use of the Target Circle Card. The last use was in June-July 2025. I have tried a "reset" of the account, downloading .qfx file from Target's Web page, and deactivating the account, then "adding new account" linking to the current account in Quicken. All these did NOT work, but "online balance" is correct, stating a return of purchased items, i.e. -$19.00.
Just FYI… I had just completed a fiasco on PNC Direct Connect from 11/19/2025 to 12/13/2025, only working with PNC 3-tier..
Also, my system has the latest version of all Windows 11 Pro and Quicken…

If memory serves, I remember after Target Restructured thier Web Page by changing Banks, There was a time about 3-4 months went by when there was 2FA needing a password in Quicken (what a pain) (it's still used for Venmo accounts in Quicken). I wonder if that could be causing an "issue". I really cant see this taking MONTHS to fix this issue. Maybe some techs should ask "AI" to run an algorithm.
I have deactivated the downloads and will use other means of credit purchasing for Target Stores.

Okay, I called Target Customer Service and tried to get a "person" to explain the issues that myself and others are experiencing while using Quicken software. I spoke with a remote 3rd party person which had NO idea what Quicken was/is and like. I had a refund on my account and requested a check in the mail for the balance.
I light of what was said, I made it as simple as possible. I'm receiving a check in the mail for the Balance and CLOSED the ACCOUNT.. I closed the account in Quicken and hid it from display.
I have use Quicken since "version 1.xxx" - yeah..that long! 1980's. If you see my last post I will not wait months for someone to fix it. PROBLEM FOUND AND FIXED MY WAY..
