OK guys and gals…. tech support was no help and really didn't even know what to do.
I create test files when trying to verify whether an issue is with trhe Financial Institution or with Quicken. This is the third time in about 10 years I get the message posted later here. Basically there is a limit of how many datasets we can create and when max is reached I cannot create any more data files. Twice before within the past 10 years I just called tech support and they reset, or whatever they did, so I could again create data files.
When I called tech support as indicated in the screenshots below I was told, after being on hold several times, that escalation said there was nothing that could be done. I know better. Having just recently renewed my subscription and being unable to create a new data file is not a good answer. That can't be so, it can be reset, or whatever they have done twice before. I am searching for help and answers.
If my live data file gets corupted tomorrow what is the solution if a new data file can't be created?????
