Fidelity Registers after Cob version from DD to EWC+

Following the Fidelity Conversion from DD to EWC+…..my Fidelity Registers have never been correct. When the conversion took place….after my Accts converted, Quicken shutdown the conversion to address issues. Lucky me that the conversion processed for my accts before it was shutdown. My Registers ended up with a CASH, a FCASH and one acct also included MMF. I reported the issue to Quicken and over these past 4 Mos worked many hours Remotely to Fix identified issues. Things however continued to get worse…when I sold an Investment…all shares…Quicken Registers would show tenths of shares still held…when in fact, and confirmed at the Fidelity Website…that investment was no longer held.

It seemed to me that the conversion to EWC+ corrupted my Fidelity accts…I have 3 and all 3 are out of sync with Fidelity. But as I wrote…the bad data did not stop with the actual conversion…over these 4 mos since the conversion…add'l bad \incorrect data has downloaded.

The agents were reporting my issues to a Tech support unit at Quicken…they would call…those steps did not work or made the Registers info worse. I am struggling to understand that 4 mos working on the issue…that in that time…my Fidelity accts issues have not been resolved.

So I am now reaching out to others that may be experiencing this same issue with their Quicken Fidelity registers following the Conversion. Just seems to me, Fidelity\Quicken….rolled out the conversion before it was fully ready to go and in my case…corrupted my Registers and 4 mos later working with Q….no fix.

If you experienced this issue…have you been able to fix the issues..and if so I would be appreciative of your actions. I looked at the Recalculation feature of Investment accts options, Q agents have never mentioned it….so not sure it even still exists…or would fix the issue……
