New Fidelity Account Not In List Of Accounts To Be Added

Hi. I created a new HSA account on fidelity.com. When I try to add it as a Connected account, I see it when Quicken has me sign in and check it off as an authorized account to add to Quicken. I have 12 Fidelity accounts today in Quicken. Each of the 12 show up by Fidelity and are checked off. The new HSA account is also there, and I have checked it off. I click on the Fidelity webpage button to authorize all 13 accounts. I get the message "Your accounts have been authorized successfully!" but Quicken for Windows only shows the 12 existing accounts with "Don't add to Quicken" as the action, which is fine, but the new account does not show up, so I do not get the opportunity to add the new HSA account to Quicken. I have tried to uncheck the new HSA account and add it again with the same result. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hello @Tony Fong,

Thank you for sharing a detailed account of your experience. I am happy to help!

What you are describing, not being able to download Fidelity HSA accounts, is a Known Issue. Due to the way Fidelity sends the data for these accounts, transaction information and cash balances are not sent to Quicken.

Both Quicken and Fidelity are aware of the issue. Customers who have reached out to Fidelity report that they are working toward a resolution on this. Unfortunately, I am unable to confirm that. To be notified of any changes to this situation, you can bookmark the linked announcement.

    Thank you!

Thanks Alyssa. I guess I shouldn't be surprised :-) Hopefully this will be fixed sometime soon.
