Hello,

I have not been able to connect to my Best Buy card for almost a year. I am told everything is working and then I am redirected to Quicken and I receive an error message. I have attempted to reinstall, create new accounts, etc. Is this service no longer supported?

    Thank you for sharing your experience. I am happy to help!

    After reviewing your connections internally, I can see that you are getting a CC-505 with Best Buy Credit Card. First, wait one business day. If you are still receiving this error tomorrow, follow the steps below.

    Try refreshing your online account information:

    1. From your account register, select the Actions gear icon at the very top right of your register (Ctrl + Shift + N).
    2. Select Update Now.

    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
    4. Repeat these steps for each financial institution experiencing this error.​

    If these steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly so they can gather more information and process an escalation if needed.

    Thank you for your quick response. I have tried that in the past and it has not worked but I will try again. I have also contacted Quicken for help and was told it was not their problem. I will follow your instructions and update tomorrow. Thank again!

    If you do end up receiving this error for 48 hours, and then need to reach out to our support team, you can prepare for that interaction by going to Help>Report a problem>Send to Quicken from within your Quicken software to send over your log files.
