Add option for disappearing blue dot on downloaded transactions

The blue dot next to downloaded transactions lets me know that I have not reviewed that transaction yet. It gradually disappears before I review it and this is frustrating. I would like to keep the transaction blue dot present until I review the transaction. I am pretty sure this used to be that way and apparently, someone at Quicken decided transactions that were not reviewed were approved by default after some time. Also, even though I have the "Automatically categorize transactions" box unchecked, they are automatically assigned. I am using R65.29 build 27.1.65.29.
