Merrill Lynch Benefits Online - transaction download issue

with the change to Express Web Connect+ I had the issue with my 401k no longer downloading. I read a bunch of threads and decided to back-up the file and add a "new" account. It went through the reactivation process and the new ML 401k is an Express Web Connect+ account. I then was able to move all of the previous ML 401k account items over to the new account. So far, so good. However, the real issue is how the new transactions are coming over. All of the dividend transactions are auto-reinvest. They are coming in as Deposits or Dividend with no reference to shares nor share price. Tracking method is Complete: Positions and Transactions. Looking for help.
