Still have a Fidelity Money Market Issue with download transactions when having 2 Money accounts.

I have windows classic and keep my file locally. I have sync turned off and don't use web app. I know and have been following the issues with Fidelity and Quicken for the last couple of months. I have Fidelity accounts that have 2 Money Market funds. Before the transition FDRXX was the cash account and FTCXX was the other money market account. When there were cash withdrawals, it was reflected properly in the cash account. If the cash account went negative a sale was automatically generated from FTCXX to transfer to cash account to cover. Since the change, all I see is a withdrawal and the cash balance going negative with no sale of FTCXX downloaded to cover. I have to manually show the sale of FTCXX to balance the cash account. FDRXX is designated as the cash account MM. My actual Fidelity online account shows the sale of FTCXX. Also since the change for my fidelity Visa card I no longer see pending transactions as before the change even though it is selected and pending transactions show on the accual Fidelity online site. Why are we still having issues when this was working before.
