Has anyone successfully added Southern California Gas Company for bill pay? I add all my info, which I'm certain is correct, then it comes back with "Attention Required… details you provided may not be correct… this account is already enrolled in paperless billing…"

    Just a guess, If you receive your gas bills in your email, try changing it to be mailed and try to add it to bill pay.

    So don't hold your breath. The same holds true for the Los Angeles Dept of Water & Power (millions of customers) and Charter/Spectrum.

    I tried that, didn't work. However, I added it to Axos Bill Pay (before changing bills to mail), and it worked without issues. Definitely looks like a Quicken problem.

    Annoying! One of the reasons I upgraded to Premier this December was for bill pay. Most of the online bills I've added either say "Awaiting next bill" or "failed". Based on what I've read here, looks like the new Bill service Quicken uses sucks!

    @Eddie Paz You might consider asking for a refund of the upgrade from Quicken given that the feature does not work reliably. Perhaps if enough people do that it will light a fire under Quicken spend more effort on fixing significant problems.

    I'm really considering asking for a refund. I have not been able to pay ANY of my ~10 bills with Quick Pay. Either "Something went wrong. Please try again" or "Awaiting next bill…" or just Failed.

    For kicks, I requested to pay Gas bill with Check Pay. It went through after I put all the info. It showed on the register for a while, and I even see BofA showing the payment as processing. But today it said there was a discrepancy between Quicken and the "server" and the bill payment no longer shows. I wonder if the bill will actually get paid.

    Really horrible tool.
