Unable to see Canadian stocks in Stock Look Up

I'm trying to set up a new account for my daughter and I can't get the system to offer me Canadian stock tickers. I can enter them manually but they won't update. ANy ideas?

    If you provide 2-3 examples of the stocks that you wish to add, I might be able to provide an illustrative example.

    For each stock, verify if you are in Toronto exchange.
