Online Services Randomly Disconnecting

This has happened several times now. At random intervals, when I go to update all my account I've set up for this server, the only One-step update that executes is downloading stock quotes.

Every time this happens I spend time re-setting up all those accounts.

Why does this repeatedly occur?

Thank you for sharing your experience and reporting the issues you are having.

I have some follow-up questions for you that might help us narrow down what could be causing this.

When did this issue begin?
When you do a One Step Update, do you see all of the financial institutions you connect with listed and checked off?
Does the One Step Update appear to finish successfully but not bring in new transactions?
Are you seeing any error messages on your end?
How are you opening Quicken?
- Are you opening it from the red square application icon, or is it a more rectangular red icon, with the corner folded like a sheet of paper?
Where is your data file located?
Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Carbonite?
