Online Services Randomly Disconnecting

This has happened several times now. At random intervals, when I go to update all my account I've set up for this server, the only One-step update that executes is downloading stock quotes.

Every time this happens I spend time re-setting up all those accounts.

Why does this repeatedly occur?

    Thank you for sharing your experience and reporting the issues you are having.

    I have some follow-up questions for you that might help us narrow down what could be causing this.

    • When did this issue begin?
    • When you do a One Step Update, do you see all of the financial institutions you connect with listed and checked off?
    • Does the One Step Update appear to finish successfully but not bring in new transactions?
    • Are you seeing any error messages on your end?
    • How are you opening Quicken?
      • Are you opening it from the red square application icon, or is it a more rectangular red icon, with the corner folded like a sheet of paper?
    • Where is your data file located?
    • Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Carbonite?
