Expand lease functionality with invoices and receipts [Edited]

User since 1994 but not this version
R 65.29 Build 27.1.65.29

Have been using leases manually (without issuing invoices or receipts). The issue appeared only because I was trying to insert invoices and receipts - never done before, so probably not related to release.

1. Cannot specify rent is due Quarterly. I thought it would have the same (frequency) facilities as Bills & Income Reminders).
2. Cannot specify rent is due prior to beginning of period (Mine is due 1 day before).
3. Cannot specify different currency (to default) for security deposit (needed when property is in a different country to cover repairs locally).

Please note, these are not critical issues, just that I'm unable to use Quicken as it should be used.
