So I understand that there have been and currently still have issues with Fidelity and Quicken updates. As I read through the issues that are existing, I am not sure it addresses the issue I am having with a 401k/403b account. It worked flawlessly through the first half (or so) of 2025 but when the issues started with Quicken and Fidelity (was it July? or August? or Sept?), it's been a bit of a mess.
I can currently link my Quicken Account with the Fidelity account. No issues there. The issue I am having is that the investment purchases within the Fidelity 401k/403b account are not importing. Instead when there is activity (once every two weeks with paychecks), what imports is a few line items (3 or 4) that say "contribution" with an amount. I am not even sure what the amounts linked to and I just delete them when I see them as I have the contributions reflected via the Paycheck tracking feature within Quicken. Any idea how to get the investments to import in. This seems to have been fixed based on what I read; however, I have no success.
I currently am linked to "Fidelity Investments" using the Express Web Connect+. I've reset, deactivated, re-activated, and have had zero success.
Thanks!
