Hello @FredArthur,

Thank you for reporting the issues you are seeing.

We do have a Known Issue with Citizens Bank-Not Your TypicalBank; however, it is not the same as the error you posted, and I am not seeing any errors internally on your accounts.

Are you still experiencing this issue?
Are there any other banks you are connected to that are affected, or is this specific to Citizens Bank?
- If other banks are affected, are you seeing the same error when you update those?
