Merrill Lynch 401K (Benefits Online) - Bond Shares off by 100x

This is the EXACT same issue another user is reporting (only Windows vs Mac). Here is the link to that post:

The issue is that for Merrill Lynch 401K (Benefits Online) — in Quicken as "Merrill Lynch Benefits Online)….BOND Funds are reported as 100x FEWER shares than actually held. This isn't an issue with other Merrill Lynch retirement accounts (IRA's, Roth IRA's, etc.) — only the Benefits Online Account. This also does NOT impact other holdings in the 401K Account — Equities, Cash, etc. — are all fine. It's just Bond Funds.

After download / sync — if I manually set the number of shares on the Bond holdings, the 401K detail balance is correct (although the summary balance on the left doesn't change, and therefore neither does net worth).

This is clearly a data issue between Merrill Lynch & Quicken, affecting more than one user (so not account-specific). I called in for support and was told to call Merrill Lynch. I'm not inclined to troubleshoot this for you, especially when it appears this is a data exchange issue between Merrill & Quicken.

And yes — I've deleted the account and re-added. Same result. I've created a blank Quicken test file — added the ML 401K account, same result.
