Download of credit card transactions not updating

Keep receiving error message, "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Have tried again and tried the alternate path containing the installation pkg, "Quicken.msi". Advice???? I sure don't want to lose any of my Quicken data!!

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am happy to help!

Are you receiving this error when trying to import a QFX file into Quicken? If so, this is a Known Issue.

You can resolve this by uninstalling and reinstalling the Quickem software.

To uninstall Quicken:

1. Click the Start button and select Settings (gear icon).

2. Select Apps from the settings list, then click Installed apps.

3. In the Installed apps list, scroll down to Quicken, click the three dots menu, then select Uninstall.

4. Click on Uninstall again to confirm and follow through the prompts until the program is removed.

Windows 10

1. Click the Start button and select the Control Panel. In Windows 10, the Control Panel is located in the Windows System folder in the Start menu.

2. Under Programs, click on Uninstall a Program.

3. Find Quicken in the list of programs. They are alphabetically ordered. Highlight it by clicking on it once.

4. Click on Uninstall at the top of the list and follow through the prompts until the program is removed.

To reinstall your software, you can go to Quicken.com and sign in to the My Account section.

Once signed in, you can select the Quicken for Windows download.

Go through the installation prompts, and once you are back in your file, try importing the file again.
