Sallie Mae Banking CC-555 [Edited]
Noticed that my Sallie Mae Banking account was not updating around mid December 25. Performed an account reset, now I get the CC-555 error, which states Quicken is being blocked from the Sallie server. Called Quicken, they said the problem is due to a Quicken Software update in mid December, which caused the issue. Noted during the attempt to activate the connection, the password and username fields are reversed. Tried entering the info in their format, no help. What is the issue, and when is it going to be fixed?

Hello @Thedoctor,
Thank you for sharing your experience and reporting the issues you are running into.
We do currently have an open alert for Sallie Mae FDP-105/CC-505, as it is a Known Issue. The error you're receiving is different, but it is most likely related.
A CC-555/FDP-155 error will be presented when the financial institution is blocking access to their servers, preventing Quicken from retrieving data to download to your file. In some cases, this block is permanent.
Please reach out to Sallie Mae to see if they can assist and provide some insight on this situation. If you can't get anywhere with the bank, reach back out to Quicken Support. They can help with an escalation if needed.
Let us know how it goes!
Quicken Alyssa
