Looking for onsite help with Quicken Delux Windows, in the San Aantonio, TX area

Q user for over 10 years.

Just implemented one step update, now my bank accounts are no longer correct, budget categories on the budget report do not foot to the budget totals on the budget report, plus numerous other problems.
Too many for me to troubleshoot on my own. Need help.

I no longer hear well and online support with an accent, though respected and appreciated, won't work for me. So, I am looking for support in the San Antonio area - either unaccented phone support with the ability to mirror my screen or onsite support.
