Renewal but why since BofA data can’t be downloaded
What are my options to renew my classic? Do I have to buy a new subscription, or can I just get a new starter pack? Also. Why did you stop Bank of America from sharing my information? Do you have a special renewal for people had quick 30+ years

Hello @nthebrk,
Thank you for posing these questions!
As far as your options go, you can view and compare our Quicken Classic products here.
Your last subscription was the Deluxe version, and that is the best fit for most users who just want to track their personal finances and don't need the additional investment features.
Prices at the time of this post:
We do have an even more basic Starter edition. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, it is listed there.
To clarify, the Starter is a subscription as well, and as stated in our discontinuation policy, our Data Access Guarantee applies to Deluxe and higher versions of Quicken; the Starter version will become read-only if the subscription expires.
To inquire about discounts, please contact Quicken Support directly, as they may have access to offers that interest you.
Addressing the question about Bank of America, what exactly were you experiencing with that? It is a supported financial institution. If you decide to renew and experience issues, we will be happy to assist and troubleshoot those with you.
I hope this addresses all of your concerns. If not, let us know!
