Is there a way I can change the default "3 days in advance" to 5 days in advance?

I want to set default the reminding in advance to five (5) days for all inputs. 3 days isn't cutting it for me. Any tips would be appreciated.

You can do it by first editing your reminder

Click on change under optional settings

Select the number of days in advance you want and click ok
