it’s been 6 months and none of my bank transactions are downloading when I try to do a one step update. The Bank of America says it’s your software. Your people

Can’t speak recognizable English
background noise is ridiculous
They have screwed up my accounts so bad thank goodness I had a backup
How can this be fixed
I don’t want to let them in my system any longer
At one point they duplicated everything
I bought quicken. Why should I pay to backup?
