6 Months of Bank of America Transactions Not Downloading – One Step Update Broken

it’s been 6 months and none of my bank transactions are downloading when I try to do a one step update. The Bank of America says it’s your software. Your people

1. Can’t speak recognizable English
2. background noise is ridiculous
3. They have screwed up my accounts so bad thank goodness I had a backup
4. How can this be fixed
5. I don’t want to let them in my system any longer
6. At one point they duplicated everything
7. I bought quicken. Why should I pay to backup?
