Unable to add two American Express credit card accounts

I have two AMEX cards. I have been able to update both accounts using one step update for years with no problem. Suddenly both accounts were showing as needing to be reconnected. So after doing this, I keep getting error message that one or the other account can not be "found at AMEX and one step update should be disabled".

    I guess I'm not the only one having this problem. Both my wife and myself each have our own AMEX cards (she's had hers since long before we ever met) and we have a joint savings account with AMEX as well. For some reason it's not pulling down transactions for her card. Tried reestablishing the connection and for some reason it thought her credit card account was a savings account of some sort so I cancelled doing that. I think my subscription is about ready to be renewed and I'm seriously considering moving to something else. I just don't know what since I don't think anyone else makes an app that can download transactions as easily as Quicken does when IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!! And I think I received something from Quicken recently saying that the price is going up again. Yeah, you guys are really making me want to renew my subscription you all.
