My brother used Quicken years ago and left because of all the issues it used to have when owned by Intuit. He now decided to return. He was able to get into his old account and get to checkout to subscribe to Premier and the life…but it is rejecting his payment. He has tried 3 browsers and 3 credit cards. The most important thing in business is to get the customer's money.
I sold him on returning. I have used Quicken from when they opened. The robot couldn't help him?
Any suggestions. They don't open till Tuesday. If others are having the same problem, they stand to miss some business.
