I saw someone else had created a thread, but unfortunately, the discussion was closed.
I've tried deactivating and reactivating, but when I input my credentials (which are confirmed correct, so please don't ask), it says that they are not.
I believe the issue is that Synchrony uses multiple "front doors" for access. Another potential clue - I did get a new Amazon card with a new account number… but this feels moot because I can't access the account via quicken anyways to update it.
Lastly, I noticed that when I do get to the Quicken Synchrony login popup, it says the web address is www.syncbank.com, but that is not synchrony's actual website - its www.synchrony.com.
Please advise.
