FDP-350 error with Citibank cards

I get this error message everytime I update my quicken file. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts. It doesn't work. I've called quicken over and over and they say there is nothing they can do. Is there another personal finance app for mac that does not have this problem?
