Multipe accounts sync deactivates some account

I have multiple bank/credit accounts between my wife and myself. If I sync my account, Quicken deactivates those accounts that are my wife's (and says that they may be closed). If I reactivate my wife's account, then my accounts get the message about possibly being deleted. There seems to be no way that I can sync both my wife's and my accounts to the desktop. I've seen some additional chat about this problem, but no solution.

Hello @John Sikora,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
I have some follow-up questions for you.
- How long has this issue been happening?
- Were you able to update these accounts without this issue in the past?
- What financial institution is this happening with?
- Are you using two separate sets of credentials for your accounts and your wife's accounts?
- Where is your data file located?
- You can see this by going to File. The first file listed at the bottom of the menu will be the file you are currently in. The file pathway will be displayed; that is what we are looking for.
- Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox?
Looking forward to your response!
Quicken Alyssa
