Ever since the update earlier last year I have not been able to add AT&T and Entergy back to my online billers, is there a way to do this or did they no longer do online bill updating/downloading?

Thank you for posing this question.
I checked in my own Quicken, and I do not see Entergy as an option, so that is currently an unsupported biller. However, I do see an AT&T option you could try.

Until Quicken and the new service provider they had to migrate to can iron out the wrinkles, Bill Manager is not fully functional. I recommend falling back to a known good process that has been around for decades. Not all of the previously available functions are available at this time. Please consider this alternative
I don't think online billers will ever be 100% again. Billers that show up as available continue to be in the FAILED category even though all info matches what is in the biller's file.
