Savings Plus, Mission Square & LPL Financial not downloading [Edited]

Windows- not downloading transactions from the website to Quicken. I have been doing this for years. stopped working Dec 2025, is this a known problem? If so, is there an eta on the fix?

    Hello @Herndez,

    Thank you for reporting the issues you are seeing.

    After reviewing your connections internally, I only see connection attempts to Charles Schwab, not to any of the banks you listed. Although that is most likely due to the connection method you are using. I have some follow-up questions for you.

    • Are you seeing any error messages?
      • If so, please tell me what the error reads and which bank gave that error.
    • When was the last time you successfully updated these accounts?
      • Was it 12/2025?
    • Did you receive any notice from your financial institution that Quicken access would be changed or discontinued?
      • It appears MissionSquare Retirement should support Web Connect.
      • I am unable to find a Savings Plus instance in Quicken, so I don't think this financial institution is supported.
