I never enter any information on the web or mobile. I only want to use it to view the information that I enter into the Quicken Classic desktop application. I had a problem with some disappearing data on my desktop, so I restored from my last backup (saved a couple of weeks ago) and re-entered the current information. I synced with the web, but it did not match.
I tried the troubleshooting suggestion of changing the account name and reset the synced data.

It did not help. The data is still off. I checked one of the accounts. The data on the web only goes back to May of 2017, but the balance is already wrong at that point, so there is no way for me to find the error/discrepancy.
My desktop data is correct. It goes back to 2002.
I just do not understand why the web does not contain the exact same data as the desktop. They should be pulling from the same file.
Maybe I just need to start over with a whole new file and start from scratch again. This is sooo frustrating.
