Quicken not updating

My credit card and bank account won't update for last 3 weeks. I'm not getting any errors.

I would first try Resetting the account(s). If that fails to resolve the issue, try deactivating and reactivating the account(s).

To add to what @RalphC has suggested. Some financial institutions may require an additional step before reactivating. Please share with us the following:
- What financial institution is affected by this?
- Do you have other accounts with this bank that are updating without issues?
